| Eleanor is timid, petit, and well known in her village as a prodigy of an acrobat. Her family was poor however, and when a promising deal of money was offered in exchange for Eleanor to join a carnival act she was traded immediately. After she joined the carnival she decided to forget about her family and perhaps it was for the best that she had left them. Because of her talent she soon became a main attraction to the carnival, so much so that she became a favourite of the Ringmaster. It was obvious that Cosette, the Ringmaster’s daughter was jealous of her, although that had never been Eleanor’s intention. Some things remain impossible to repair, and despite her best attempts to befriend Cosette, Eleanor failed. Fast forward to the day she was brought a life-sized wind up doll, the day that changed everything. Cosette could no longer stand Eleanor, taking the matter into her own hands. Before a late night performance, the stage was rigged. There was a snap of rope, Eleanor falling with a cry from the tightrope and to her death. Despite being a performer, used to being in front of audiences Eleanor is quite timid and shy. She is also kind of spacy at times, appearing quiet and aloof as she wanders Nihil. Despite having been murdered by Cosette, the girl turning her very literally into a wind up doll, there is no lasting hate toward her. Easily recognizable by the metal key jutting from her back, Eleanor can usually be spotted wandering around Nihil, long dark brown hair wisping behind her.
